The perfect place to feast on views you will never tire of from this garden sanctuary! Fronted by a spectacular seascape across the beautiful Putaki Bay, the flat aspect of the land allows all day sun, tempered with the shade of the luscious and verdant garden in which the property nestles.  It is a tranquil haven full of birdsong and fragrant plants, overflowing with glorious flowers, fruit trees and berries, not to mention the abundant vegetable garden.  This family home radiates charm and authenticity. There are spaces for congregation and spaces for contemplation where the magic of peace provides solace for the soul. 

Should you tire of watching the sea, there are many adventures afoot. Shelly Beach is a lovely, crushed shell, sheltered beach lined with Pohutukawas, particularly stunning during summer. There is a boat ramp and a jetty so a great location for water-activities; the gently sloping beach allows safe swimming for the children. Goldies vineyard is within walking distance, a bonus for the adults. You are close to the bus route which allows you easy access to the many award-winning wineries, restaurants, jet ski adventures, zip lines and much more. Renting a bicycle is another great way to explore the island at your own pace. Waiheke Island is rated as one of the top island escapes in the world.

The master bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with bed-side tables, lamps and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds with a built-in wardrobe and drawers.
The study has a fold out couch

An ensuite off the master bedroom has a shower and toilet. The main bathroom has wheelchair access with shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, and heated towel rails.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, two drawer dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Breville coffee maker amd grinder. 

Lounge: 
The open plan lounge area upstairs has seating for 6. It has panaromic views over Shelly Bay. There is a large smart Panasonic 64 inch TV with Netflix, Apple TVSKY movies and sport.

Dining:
The dining area accommodates 6-8. There is also a heat pump in the dining room.

Laundry:
There is an upstairs laundry with a washing machine and dryer. All linen is supplied, except beach towels. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are included.

Outdoor facilities:
The upstairs deck has seating for up to 20 with outdoor furniture, including a table with seating for 8 plus sun shade, sun umbrella and BBQ. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

Closeby attractions:
Walk to the Goldie for lunch for their award winning wines. Also close by is Kennedy Point Winery. A short drive to Oneroa village with Mudbrick Vineyard, Cable Bay Vineyard, shops, cafes and restaurants including The Oyster Inn, Fenice,Akito Eatery, Wai Kitchen, The Red Crab, Vino Vino, Oneroa Beach Club, Oneroa Art centre, Four Square superette, 2 liquor stores and Oneroa beach. 3 minute drive to the car ferry, 5 minute drive to the supermarket and Saturday Farmers market1, 5 minutes to the passenger ferry at Matiatia and many wondeful coastal and bush walks close by..
