Description

Panoramic Ocean Views

Panoramic Cliff Top Ocean Views beautifully set high, overlooking the Kennedy Point Marina on one side and the harbour out to Coromandel and Eastern beaches and then right around to the city Sky Tower on the other side. This holiday home is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, your family and the beauty and tranquility of the close ocean. Have a coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the amazing colours and action on the water. On warm days, fling open all the doors and windows and invite the sun in. On colder days sit inside cosy and warm and watch the waves crashing outside.

There are many walks in the area and it is only a 10min stroll to the Kennedy Point car ferry. This fabulous property is situated in the middle of Waiheke Island so taxi cabs are a short distance to all the Restaurants and Vineyards and Oneroa Village shops. Please note children must be over the age of 10 due to the proximity to the cliff.

Testimonials

  • Amazingggggggg view!!! The house had everything we needed and more!

  • It's hard to say how much we loved Waiheke and "Panoramic Views" was a perfect base to explore the island. Basically a minute a way from the ferry landing it was extremely easy to get to and get in. The house is super clean and cozy, but the views really do steal the show here. You really have a great view from every room in the house. And the deck lets you take advantage of the house's great position even in winter. We could not get enough of it. As far as access, it's only a few minutes to Oneroa, Palm Beach, or Onetangi - you choose. Without having to be in the middle of the crowds. Being at the end of Kennedy Point the house is very private. Ideal if you have a car, but it's a short walk to the bottom of Kennedy Point Rd if you prefer to take the bus. Both the Auckland transit as well as tourist buses run quite frequently. Getting into the house was easy, Richard gave clear instructions and was responsive when we had wifi troubles. Would definitely stay again! Didn't want to leave!
