Situated atop one of western Waiheke’s highest points, this premium holiday accommodation boasts spectacular 360-degree views of the Hauraki Gulf Islands and Auckland City. Located at the end of a private no-exit road, it surveys its own 4.7 hectare estate, including landscaped gardens and a charming olive grove.

Waiheke Views is comprised of 2 self-contained properties that can accommodate groups of up to 18 guests: the Main Lodge and the Lodge Apartment.

The Lodge: Luxury-appointed with 6 bedrooms that sleep 12, the Lodge is one of the few properties on the island with an indoor heated swimming pool. It has a large modern kitchen, central dining/family area and a library with sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Furnished with antiques and local artworks, it includes a 40" LCD-screen home theatre, making it suitable for small conferences, watching big matches and other social gatherings.

Lodge Apartment: Sleeps 2 to 4 guests. The apartment is connected to the Lodge by spiral staircase. It has a lounge and dining area and fully fitted kitchen which leads onto a deck with expansive views across the Hauraki Gulf. It has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Please note: Rates listed are for 12 people. Additional guests are $85.00 per night; the Lodge apartment is $350 per night. Visitors not staying on property are subject to a charge of $35 per person.

There is also a sofa bed in the library
The Lodge Apartment has a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and a sofa bed in the lounge.

1 bathroom in the apartment with stand-alone bath and spearate shower.

Kitchen:
The Lodge kitchen is large for catering and flows out into the indoor heated swimming pool: the pool leads onto the deck with BBQ and seating . The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and fridge/ freezer
The Lodge Apartment has its own spiral stairway, large lounge, dining area, kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee making facilities. 

Lounge:
42' LCD home theatre in the Lodge with SKY TV. High vaulted celings and skylights, log burner, wireless broadband and Ipod docking station.
The games room houses the pool table, foosball table and darts board.

Dining room:
The Lodge has a large kauri dining table and 2 extra trestle tables for a conference if  needed.
The Lodge Apartment has a glass topped table,with stainless steel and wooden chairs, and seating for four guests comfortably. The chairs can also be used outside.

Laundry: 
Washing machine and dryer. All linen included. 

Outdoor facilities:
The 12 acre farm has several areas of bush, a tree ferned valley with it's stream leading into the lake and a variety of animals.
The Lodge has its own indoor heated swimming pool. Outside from the pool is a large expansive deck with BBQ, table, outdoor seating, bean bags and a 180 degree view back to Auckland. A great spot to enjoy the sunset.
The Lodge Apartment has north faing decks with views out over the Hauraki Gulf, BBQ and outdoor seating.

Closeby attractions:
4 minute drive to Palm Beach. Oneroa Village is only a 7 minute drive away with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, Information centre, cafes, restaurants and bars. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shop and 2 liquor stores. You can also find ATM machines there should you need..

Only a 10 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 10 minutes to the car ferry located at Kennedy Point.
