Main House:
5 bedrooms in the main house, master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with King bed (can be split on request). 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of Bunks and 2 roll-away beds , 4th bedroom with 1 Bunk bed and 1 roll-away bed .  Office (5th bedroom) with 1 with Single bed.

Cottage
Separate cottage with a spilt-king bed, ensuite, beer fridge, piano and large dolls house. 

Additional Guest House: ($400 per night)
Bedroom 1 upstairs off the lounge area- Queen bed (Can be split on request) with ensuite, shower and toilet..  Bedroom 2 downstairs-  Queen bed (Can be split on request) Bedroom 3 downstairs- Set of bunks.  Bathroom with vanity, shower & toilet. Please note that the additional guest house is being re-built and is not currently available.

Bathrooms:  4
2 bathrooms in the main house. Master ensuite  with shower, bath, toilet and double-basin vanity. 2nd bathroom with 2 showers, toilet, vanity and bench with 2nd mirror. 3rd bathroom is the ensuite to the cottage with shower and toilet. 4th bathroom in additional guest house with shower and toilet. 

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, oven, coffee plunger, table, bench seating and cleaning equipment. Additional guest house has a kitchen with electric stove and fridge.

Lounge:
The main big house has 2 lounges, the main lounge has fireplace, generous lounge suite, stereo with an IPOD extension jack and CDs, with underfloor heating. The open plan second lounge / kitchen area has a potbelly, small TV, underfloor heating and Internet wireless. 
The lounge in the additional guest house has a flat screen TV and 5 bean bags.

Dining room: 
Large table in kitchen seats 8.  Outdoor dining for 8.  

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and cleaning equipment.  

Outdoor facilities:
BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, with patio heater, 5 sun loungers, 7 easy chairs and 2 big sun umbrellas. Large infinity lawn with panoramic views of the Hauraki Gulf out to Coromandel, Little and Great Barrier and out towards Kawau.

Close-by attractions:
Set high above Onetangi Beach, one of the longest beaches on Waiheke it's great for walking, surfing (when the wind blows from the north), great fishing spots, safe swimming and white sand that stretches from one side to the other. Good boat launch from the eastern end (4WD only).

You'll find Charley Farley's and Fourth Avenue Café along the Onetangi Beachfront. Just up from the beach on 4th Avenue is the only gas station in Onetangi with a liquor store and takeaway shop.

2 Queen split beds in each bedroom and a set of bunks in the other.

Lounge flat screen TV 

A $300 cleaning/linen surcharge applies for bookings of less than 7 nights.
