A stylish and sunny Waiheke holiday home that sleeps up to 6, this 3-bedroom beach house offers expansive sea views of Kauakarau Bay on one side and Omiha Bay on the other, also looking back toward the coast of Auckland. A short walk through a reserve brings you right to the water’s edge, where you can fish off the rocks. A sandy, sheltered bay is also a short 100-meter stroll away from this welcoming Waiheke accommodation.

Lush garden landscaping invites birds and animals while bright, airy spaces and modern furnishings make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Prepare meals in a large, fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine or enjoy a barbecue on any of 3 decks. Available activities for the whole family include kayaking, boating, mountain biking, a library of books, SKY TV, table tennis and nearby facilities offering stock car racing, rugby grounds, a golf course, tennis courts and disc golf. With Stonyridge vineyard and the shops and restaurants of Onetangi a short drive away, there’s never a shortage of things to do!

1st bedroom has Queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Single beds. 3rd bedroom is in the open plan loft area above the lounge and has 1 Double futon.

Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. 

Lounge:
Lounge with SKY TV (including 3 Sports channels), an iPod dock., stereo and DVD player, library of books and music available. 

Dining room: 
Dining up to 6 people. 

Laundry:
Washing machine and dryer. 

Outdoor facilities:
Table tennis, 3 decks with outdoor furniture and BBQ. 3 kayaks with life jackets, aluminium dinghy and 2 mountain bikes available. Off-street parking and internal garaging. Mooring available. 

Closeby attractions:
Stock car race track, sports centre with rugby grounds, golf course and tennis courts, frizzbee-golf, Stonyridge vineyard, Rocky bay, short drive to Onetangi with restaurants, cafes, bars, general supplies and beach. 10 min drive to car ferry at Kennedy Point. 15 min drive to passenger ferry at Matiatia. Many walks close by.    

Shoulder season:
1 April - 30 Jun and 1 Sep - 30 November 
Rates do not include the cleaning of the place. This is an additional $100 per booking.

2 nights min stay in Shoulder and Summer season, 3 nights min stay in Winter, 4 nights min stay over Easter, 7 nights min stay during Christmas/New Year.
1 night stay available at a $150 surcharge. Please apply through our office.
