Here you have maximum peace and privacy, all in a central location, close to the golden sands of Palm Beach and to Ostend village with all its many amenities.

The comfortable living and lounge area flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to expansive decks that frame the view and offer outdoor dining. The two large bedrooms in the main house have Queen beds and the two beautifully crafted sleep outs offer further occupancy, one with a Queen bed and the other with a King single and a trundler bed.  And to top it all, you can indulge your inner angel as you relax and revitalise in the spa to the sound of native birds and soak up the peace that this sanctuary provides. When you choose to venture out, the Waiheke resort is a mere 3 mins walk away with a pool, bar and restaurant or you could walk 12 minutes and hire a SUP at Palm Beach and enjoy easy access to the beautiful waters of the bay then enjoy the fabulous Arcadia restaurant. A walk around the nearby reserve is another option to boost your energy and embrace the beauty of the natural environment that surrounds. For more action, at Ostend, you’ll find the Farmers Market on Saturdays, the local supermarket, takeaways, coffee shops and a liquor outlet. Vineyards, cafes and restaurants are just a short drive away from this most central of locations.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with bedside tables and lamps with a built-in wardrobe, drawers and fan. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with bedside tables and lamps with a built-in wardrobe, drawers and fan. Bedroom 3 consists of a sleeping quarter with Queen bed, desk, drawers, fridge and a fan, and a separate sleeping quarter with a King single trundler bed and fan.

The bathroom has a shower, and vanity with heated towel rail. The toilet is separate.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and coffee making facilities. 

Lounge:
Seating for 6 to 8, coffee table, stereo, and smart TV with Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. The heat pump is also in the lounge area.

Dining room:
Dining room table with seating for 8

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. All linen and cleaning are included in the rates.

Outdoor Facilities:
Deck with sea and rural views, outdoor entertaining area off the dining room with seating for 8, BBQ, umbrella and Louvretec pergola, off street parking, parking for boat, and kayak available on request.

Close by Attractions:
The Waiheke resort is a mere 3 mins walk away with a pool, bar and restaurant. Palm Beach is only a 2 min drive or a 12 min walk.  Try Arcadia restaurant for a scrumptious Waiheke lunch or dinner after your swim. A 15 mins walk will take you to Ostend and the supermarket, cafes and takeaways, petrol station and the farmers market on Saturdays. Oneroa is only 3.9 km away with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, petrol station, information centre, cafes, restaurants and bars including The Oyster Inn, Fenice, Wai Kitchen, The Red Crab, Vino Vino, and the Courtyard. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shop and 2 liquor stores. Pop over the hill to the white sands of Onetangi and indulge in the quality food on offer at the award winning ThreeSevenTwo, stylish Ki Maha or the iconic Charley Farleys. Vineyards are in abundance and all within an easy drive.
