15 min walk to little Oneroa Beach to the local dairy, fish n chip shop and the woodfired Argentinan Pizza Oven. A short drive or 25 min walk into Big Oneroa Beach and village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, cafes & restaurants. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square supprette, Fruit & Veg shops and 2 Liquor stores. Oneroa is the only place you will find ATM machines. Only 8 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 15 minutes to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.

• A little studio with a very comfortable bed and the most beautiful of bathrooms. The garden is frequented by birds including the best of the native species. It was a joy to be there.

• Annie & Stu are lovely hosts. A clean and well-renovated space with a comfortable bed and bathroom. A bed & breakfast (rather than apartment/studio) in a wee room under their house. No kitchen, but Annie & Stu have a bar fridge and facilities to wash cups etc in the bathroom. And provided a lovely breakfast. Thanks so much for hosting us. Very grateful for your hospitality.

• We had an absolutely lovely time staying at Stu and Annie’s place, that we booked through Richard. Their place was cozy, spotlessly clean and in a very quiet laidback corner of Waiheke Island that was just a short walk into Oneroa town. We loved it. Their place has some lovely gardens to enjoy during your morning coffee and breakfast. Nice peaceful oasis. Stu and Annie were exceptional hosts that provided us with great breakfasts, insights on local walking paths and some great conversation. We highly recommend this place and staying here!

• Stew is a friendly and attentive host. He was knowledgeable about local dining, tramping tracks, and beaches. He provided lots of information to help with our orientation on Waiheke Island. The Airbnb unit is a separate space in Stew and his wife’s home that was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a nice outdoor patio overlooking well landscaped gardens. Stew was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend his unit!
