This sunny light filled home is set in a secluded spot hidden behind a small reserve. Villa Blanc is a tranquil retreat close to Oneroa village and Little Oneroa Beach. The unique furnishings create an eclectic feel and individual charm. 

The quirky interior showcases a soothing, sophisticated, neutral palette with inviting natural materials, linen, mohair and and soft comforting sheepskins draped on the chairs and sofa, create a tactile cosy feel to the space. 

The stylish bedroom, with rich textures and soft lighting is a comfortable peaceful sanctuary.

The lounge opens onto a deck overlooking a small olive grove offering alfresco dining and BBQ.

Shower with toilet, vanity and heated towel rail.

Kitchen:
Kitchen, with electic oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle, toaster and coffee plunger.

Lounge:
Seating for 4 with 40 inch Panasonic smart TV with Netflix, Chrome Cast, You Tube, Freeview and TV On Demand, Iphone bluetooth speaker, wireless internet access, heatpump and electric fireplace.

Dining room:
Dining room table seats 4 please use the outdoor multifunctional chairs.

Laundry:
Washing machine and dryer. All linen and cleaning included.

Outdoor Facilities:
Sun drenched decks with tables, chairs and umbrella provided, perfect recipe to read and unwind. Weber bbq, and off road parking outside the front door. 

Close-by Attractions:
6 min walk to Surfdale beach, (excellent for swimming at full tide) and Surfdale village. A great place to have a coffee and almond croissant at Bisou Cafe, or eat a pizza at the Middle restaurant. Also in the village is a dairy, bakery, an Irish bar and a Fruit and vege shop.  A short stunning drive or 25 min walk along the Esplanade will take you to Big Oneroa Beach and village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, cafes & restaurants. The village also includes the Art Centre, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shops and 2 Liquor stores. The Courtyard' has great local food, or try ‘Aperitivo' for drinks and views, 'The Local' for Fish & Chips, 'Oyster Inn’ for great bistro food, Fenice’s for breakfast or Akito for great organic coffee and delicious plant based food. Oneroa and Ostend are the only places you will find ATM machines.

Only 5 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 10 minutes to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.

• Ester and I truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanc! It was Ester’s first visit to New Zealand and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It was utterly sufficient with even a washing machine, which we found sorely lacking at other places. The decor was beautiful and the place was very well equiped. Our host was a fount of knowledge about things to do locally that wouldn’t have found otherwise. It’s a hop and a skip from town and the beach so you don’t even need a car! All in all, we look forward to our next stay!

• I would highly recommend this property. Private and secluded while still close to beach and shops and car ferry. Decor is just so gorgeous but so comfortable at the same time making our stay a perfect start to a well needed holiday. Thank you to hosts Sharonagh and Richard
