From the moment you open the door you can begin to relax in this gorgeous, welcoming cottage. With old world charm but tasteful, comfortable furnishings you will instantly sink into that holiday feeling whatever time of year.

Bedrooms: 2 plus sleepout
Main bedroom has a king bed, electric blanket, with built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and small set of drawers. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside table, 2 bedside lights and a built-in wardrobe. The sleepout has 2 single beds which can be put together to make a large double bed. 2 bedside tables, lights, and a large set of drawers..

Bathrooms: 1-2
Shower, toilet with a heated towel rail and floor plus vanity and mirror. Outdoor toilet and shower next to the sleepout.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped, open plan, recently renovated kitchen with French doors opening onto the deck and garden. Dishwasher, microwave, gas hobb, electric oven, fridge/freezer, kitchen bar with 4 stools, drinking water filter and a Delonghi Nespresso for those coffee lovers.

Lounges: 2
This house has 2 lounges. The first at the front of the house, has a wood fireplace, seating for 6, a TV (with Applebox and chromecast for your own internet TV favourites), Bose bluetooth stereo speaker and DVD player. The second lounge is open plan and incorporates the dining room, kitchen and opens out to the vast north facing decks for great entertaining. The house has been recently insulated and is very warm. In addition there are 3 oil heaters. 

Dining Room:
Seating for 6 people. 

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron and ironing board and hair dryer, in cupboard in kitchen.

Outdoor Facilities:
Large north facing deck with table and seating for 16, shade cloth and umbrella, 6 burner hooded BBQ with side element. The kitchen, dining, lounge area flows out to this deck and onto the flat north facing lawn. Hot Springs Spa seats 6 people, run with the salt system for those cold winter nights or tired bodies. A shed in the back contains 2 bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and outdoor toys and games which can be used. Parking for 2 cars and room for a trailer boat on this flat section.

Mudbrick Vineyard, Cable Bay Vineyard, Jurassic Ridge Vineyard. A short stroll into Oneroa Village - shops and restaurants incl. The Oyster Inn, Sand Bar, Fenice, Wai Kitchen, The Cove, The Red Crab, Apertivo, Vino Vino, Oneroa Beach Club, Oneroa Art centre, Four Square supprette, 2 liquor stores and Oneroa beach.
10 min drive to car ferry, 2 min drive to passenger ferry and many walk ways close by.

• This airbnb is a pleasure to stay in! The main areas are a pleasure to be in with great indoor to outdoor areas to kick back and relax in. The house is comfortable, clean and large so that everyone also has their own space to relax as well as the wonderful shared areas. The outdoor area is outstanding and the spa was a treat even in the middle of summer.

The location is great, just a short walk to Oneroa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd definitely recommend it for families looking for a cozy, easy getaway!

• We stayed here for our wedding and it was a great central location for us to get into Oneroa. The boys had some great photos taken on the morning in the house and the gardens. The kids could walk down to the beach at the end of the road or play in the park across from the house. Lots of games, bikes, scooters for them to use. Kitchen was fully stocked with extras that you forget you need when you travel so that was super convenient.

• We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in such a great location, handy to the bus stop and an easy walk into town. Photos don’t do this house justice it is so gorgeous! Beautiful landscaping and very clean, we loved relaxing in the spa after a day at the vineyards. This house was a great size for 3 couples and was super handy having the extra toilet outside and outdoor shower. Communication with the owner was awesome- she was kind, attentive and very helpful with check in and check out. Would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!!

• Great location- 5mins to oneroa town, Blackpool beach and little oneroa. Only 15min walk from cablebay vineyard! 2mins from bus stop to ferry. Spacious house with great indoor and outdoor eating and seating areas! Hot tub is lovely! Third bedroom is a sleep out- very warm, spacious and has a shower and toilet beside it. Coffee machine, Apple TV, excellent speaker as well! Would highly recommend to anyone staying with friends or family for long or short stays! Has everything for a relaxing stay in waiheke! Richard replied quickly and very accommodating.

• We recently had three nights in Oneroa and absolutely loved the house. From first impressions we didn't know what to expect as the house is very modest from the front. But a glimpse into the lounge room let me know we were not going to be disappointed. The house has beautiful stylish beachy decor, very comfortable beds and all the extras you might expect plus more! We were in the spa several times a day and it was the perfect way to chill after a busy day (of eating and drinking!) We were a family of four plus grandparents and the spacious sleepout gave the grandparents their own space to relax in. The outdoor toilet and shower was a bonus too. As you can tell we loved the house and would highly recommend.

The well equipped kitchen/living space at the back of the house opening out onto the deck and garden was a great place for the family to enjoy. Swinging in the hammock, kids playing on the grass, husband in the hot tub... bliss! The shed with scooters and outdoor games came in handy too. The living area at the front of the house was incredibly peaceful, perfect with a glass of wine at the end of the day!" "Richard and Sharonagh are brilliant at what they do.
