Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. New modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, small electric oven and electric hob with 2 plates, Dolce Gusto Coffee machine, coffee plunger, undercounter fringe/freezer, toasted sandwhich maker and kitchen equipment for 6 people..

Lounge:
Large leather couch, 2 arm chairs (seating for 5), coffee table, stereo, smart TV with Netflix, unlimited WIFI (fibre), lamps, books, magazines and games and a set of bunks, sleeping an extra 2 people. Electric heating and double glazing for warmth and comfort.

Dining room:
Table with seating for 2 plus 4 TV trays.

Laundry:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. All linen and cleaning included in the nightly rate.

Outdoor Facilities:
Wooden deck with seating for 4-6 people, Umbrella, BBQ. Off street parking for 1 car.

Close-by Attractions:
5 min walk down to Surfdale Beach beach - well known for kite surfing. Stroll to the local pizzeria, 'Stefanos' or the new Frenchot Cafe, convience store, Irish pub (Malones) and a takeaways, barber, bakery, Sandwich shop, Fruit/Vege and Meat shop and dairy also located in the area. 5-10 minute drive into Oneroa village, with cafes, bars, art and gift shops. An 8-10 minute drive to the car ferry located at Kennedy Point and a 10 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia.

• “We were very comfortable at Bayview - nice sofa, very comfy big bed, and lovely view from the deck. We appreciated the access to Netflix, and found the washing machine and dishwasher very useful. The bus stop is close by and will take you to most places on the island. • A great little getaway in a fab location. We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights here over the long weekend and I cannot speak highly enough of this great little spot. A fantastic location,  only a 4 minute walk from the main bus routes, yet away from the masses. This clean spot is well equipped with everything you’ll need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

• “We loved staying here - overall a super place with everything you need. Sunny location and easy access from the road with drive on parking. Probably suits a couple best although there are comfy bunks set up at the end of the living room so more can fit in. The bedroom has a super king very comfortable bed with great linen, the kitchen's well equipped, bathroom has a great shower. Netflix available if you want to chill out after hitting the Waiheke hot spots! The location is excellent, not far to the main road and the bus, walking distance to Surfdale bakery, cafe, convenience store, vegie shop, barber, pizza shop and others. • “A wonderful little spot. Apartment is nice and spacious, modern with gorgeous views. Very comfy bed and linen. Jenny and Clive are really lovely hosts, helpful and available if needed but left us to ourselves. Location-wise it's a nice quiet little area, easy to access all areas of the island. We had a car as only had a couple of days,so I think that helped, although buses are frequent and easy to use. • The "Bayview Bungalow" has absolutely fantastic views from all parts of the house and we loved the comforting view of the fire at night (even if it wasn't real). Has everything you could need, with restaurants and pubs in walking distance, and public transportation for everywhere else on the island.
