The Palms

This modern split level, north facing home overlooks Sandy Bay which is 100 metres from the house. Enclosure Bay is 400 metres in the other direction. Both beaches are safe, sheltered and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Use the kayaks supplied, to explore these beautiful beaches and coastline.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and stress free.
Watch Sky on the 42” Plasma TV, listen to the stereo or your ipod, read a book, play monopoly or relax on the deck with a glass of Waiheke wine and watch the sun go down.
Centrally situated with the golf course, wineries, supermarket, shops, ferries, cafes and restaurants a mere 5 – 10 drive away.

Rates apply to 6 people. Additional people are $50 per person per night.

Bedrooms: 3
Master bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite and 20' flatscreen TV. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and King single bed with 14' TV. 3rd bedroom has Queen bed and King single bed with 14' TV. Portacot available.

Bathrooms: 2
Bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity and hair dryer. Separate toilet.  

Kitchen:
Gas cooking, bench top water purifier, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine (you need to supply your own capsules) etc. Plenty of serving platters, crockery and glassware etc. 

Lounge:
Open plan dining room and lounge with TV, SKY TV, stereo, DVD player, Wifi internet, comfy leather couches and amazing sea views. 

Dining: 
Dining for up to 8. Highchair available. 

Laundry:
Washing machine and dryer. All linen supplied except beach towels.  

Outdoor facilities:
Deck with BBQ, outdoor furniture and sunloungers. Kayaks, life jackets and boggey boards available. Offstreet parking and room for boat.
