Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. 42' Plamsa TV with FREEVIEW, DVD player, stereo, DVD and CD collections, Internet, books and a games library. 

Dining room: 
Dining for 6. Highchair available. 

Laundry:
Fully equipped laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron etc. Linen and bath towels provided. 

Outdoor facilities:
Fenced back garden, room for 1 vehicle through private driveway. Terrace at front of house with large outdoor furnishings, and Cape Cod style lazy chairs. The terrace has electrically operated louvres above to protect from excessive sunlight or showers. BBQ and boogey boards available, petanque court.


Closeby attractions:
Situated right on the beach - you can sit in your deck chair and watch the kids in the water. 2 min walk to Palm Beach Fish and Chips shop and covenience store. The Lookout Restaurant & Bar is located up the hill from Palm Beach. A 10 minute drive to the car ferry at Kennedy Point and approximately an 8 min drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia.
There are some beautiful walks in the area as well as a playground at Palm Beach and free BBQ facilities.  Palm Beach is a beautiful sandy beach - safe swimming - so good for kids, great snorkeling, diving and home to plenty of boats in summer. If the wind is blowing in from the north you can get some good surf, but generally the water is calm.

The Black Bach is available at selected times for bookings of 7 nights or more over summer, 3 nights min booking over winter.
