The Black Bach is a fabulous beach house in a stunning location: on the beach at Palm Beach!
Located in Palm Beach Reserve, it is close to the Palm Beach store and a great new restaurant: The Palm Beach Club House.
Can you imagine having breakfast on the terrace, the beach and ocean only a few strides away? Relaxing in the comforts of this well appointed home, having a barbecue at the beach?

Facilities
Sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms.
Open plan living/dining/kitchen.
Living area with 42" plasma TV, DVD, stereo, DVD and CD collections, Bose IPOD sounddock, Sky Digital, books and games library.
The fully equipped kitchen has 2 large fridge/freezers, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bread maker and dishwasher.
Master bedroom with Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower and vanity).
Second bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single bunk beds.
Second bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
Linen and towels provided.
Portacot, highchair and baby bath available.
Fully equipped laundry: washing machine, clothes dryer, iron etc.
Fenced back garden bordering onto the Council Reserve.
Access for one vehicle to the property by way of a private driveway through the Reserve.
Terrace at front of the house with large outdoor furniture setting as well as Cape Cod style lazy chairs. The terrace has electrically operated louvres above to protect against excessive sunshine or showers, creating an outdoor room.
Gas barbecue.
Kayaks and life vests as well as boogie boards available.
Petanque court.
Toyota Prado available for guest use at additional cost, please enquire.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
