Large masterbedroom upstairs with queen bed, large walk through wardrobe and ensuite with shower and toilet.
Downstairs (internal access) 2 other bedrooms with split king and 2 singles, share another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Also on this level is the entrance and double garage which has laundry facilities, washer and dryer.
Kitchen upstairs, well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric hob/oven, fridge and freezer.
Open plan dinning room and lounge all fitted out with new furniture.
Large dinning room table with 6 chairs, which opens out to the lounge with Sky TV, DVD, stereo, radio and wood fire to make sure that you dont get cold on those winter nights when you jump out of the spa.
Wrapped around the upper level is a deck with spa, outdoor furniture, umbrella and BBQ.
A 14 tonne mooring in Blackpool is available for those wanting to arrive by boat.
There is off street parking for a trailer boat as well.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
