Charming, spacious Spanish style house in heart of Oneroa. 1st bus stop from ferry. Glorious views over beaches, bay and boats at anchor out to Coromandel. 3 minutes walk to village, restaurants, bars, beach access (5 mins to the sand!).
Fiesta Mexicana is the perfect accommodation to have a relaxing holiday, a small wedding for up to 60 people, the day after BBQ, family reunion or corporate event.
Fiesta Mexicana has three areas that can accommodate, in any combination from 2 to 10 people.

Facilities

Hacienda: has 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom, spacious living areas, shared bathroom with a shower and toilet, panoramic views over Oneroa Bay from large decks, all opens to the Santa Fe BBQ Courtyard. TV, DVD.

Casa Wing: adjacent, has 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Twin Single bedroom. TV, DVD, shared bathroom with shower and toilet, opens to courtyard also.
The Hacienda and Casa Wing can be rented out together or seperately. If you rent only one of them, the other will not be rented out to other guests.

Main kitchen is fully equipped with stove, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Main lounge is equipped for meetings and SKY TV (sport on request), stereo and DVD player.
Georgeous courtyard with Adobe walls surrounding Argentinian BBQ - very sunny by day and magic garden lighting by night. Very private.
French doors from most rooms for Alfresco living either to deck on seaside or large enclosed Spanish courtyard.

Studio Vista: Queen bed ensuite bathroom, seperate full kitchen, large, private, sunny deck overlooking Bay and beaches. TV, DVD.
Studio Vista has its own seperate entrance, but can be rented out with upstairs for the large families.

Venue: for up to 60 guests, venue fee is $25 per person on the day, sleeping guests are exempt from this venue fee, all catering equipment is included, tables, plates, bowls, cutlery, seating, etc. Perfect for all celebrations!

Hacienda: $275 per night in winter ($375 in summer) for up to 4 people.
Casa Wing: $175 per night in winter ($275 in summer) for up to 4 people.
Studio Vista: $150 per night in winter ($200 in summer) for up to 2 people

Min 7 night booking over Christmas New Year.
1 night bookings available. A surcharge applies.
Can accommodate another 5 people with the house next door.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
