Kia Ora Cottage is situated on a flat landscaped section with twin views of both Oneroa Bay and Blackpool. The two bedroom two bathroom home has an open floorplan creating a sunny indoor/outdoor feel.
Conveniently located, it is a 5 minute walk to little Oneroa Beach and another 5 minute walk to Oneroa village with shops, restaurants and cafe.

Facilities

2 Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with king bed, and ensuite with shower and toilet looking out onto own deck and sea views.
2nd bedroom with a queen bed close to seperate bathroom which has a shower and toilet.

Tastfully rennovated creating an open plan that takes advantage of the ocean and beach views.
Modern kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven and fridge freezer, flows into the lounge with sea views, and wooden blinds that enable you to still see the view when they are pulled down to minimilise the sun shinning through.
The lounge is fitted out tastefully and equiped with T.V. DVD, and stereo.
Off the lounge, but still in the same open plan, is the dinning room, with a large hospitible dinning room table that sets up to 8 people for entertaining at.
The laundry has a new washer and dryer.
Outside are large decks to either entertain on, sunbathe on, enjoy a meal on, or just read a book while enjoying one of Waiheke's favourite reds, while taking in the sea views. A new BBQ is included.
This house is not child friendly due to the low deck ballistrade.
Only a 5 min walk to Little Oneroa beach or a 10 min walk to Oneroa, to take advantage of the many gift shops or restaurants there.

Min 2 night bookings

Summer rates apply to Easter.

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
